The affected version was incorrectly added to entire <13. The affected version range in the published GitHub advisory appears to be broader than intended and should be revised.
At present, the advisory marks all versions prior to 13.7.1 as affected. Based on the actual vulnerability conditions, that is incorrect. The issue only affects Laravel Passport versions greater than 13.0.0 and less than 13.7.1.
I have already updated the official repository advisory/CVE entry from the project side. This submission is intended to align the published GitHub advisory with the corrected official advisory information.
Correct affected range:
>= 13.0.0, < 13.7.1
